Replaces the locally built Camera and Pulse 0.2.0 wheels with the artifacts of their v0.2.0 GitHub releases, which are also the files listed in the DataLab plugin catalog: two different files no longer share the same version. The README now documents downloading bundled wheels from the plugin releases. Vitest, the Camera/Pulse pytest contracts and 12 Playwright application specs pass.
